Most browsers work properly on this site. But some Macintosh Safari users experience problems putting items into their shopping basket. A message similar to "Directory access denied" may appear. If you experience this problem, please try a different browser and you should not have any difficulties.

We honor American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards as well as PayPal. (A PayPal account is not required.)

If for any reason you prefer not to complete a transaction online and want to phone in your order, the following steps are suggested:

1) Select your items and place them in your shopping basket. 
2) When your item selection is complete, click on your cart contents and then use your browser to print this screen for your reference.

3) Exit the web site and then call us with your order information.


*Note: The total cost listed in your shopping basket at this point will not include any shipping charge. We will calculate the shipping once we have your order. 

For customers who need to pay by check or money order, please call us at 1-763-754-6695. Orders will not be processed until receipt of payment. We cannot guarantee the availability of an item by the time payment is received and funds clear. We reserve the right to charge a $20. fee on all returned checks.

Do not send cash. We will not be responsible for cash sent to us through the mail.

Located in Minnesota, we apply sales tax on any items purchased through Jeanne, Inc. and shipped anywhere in Minnesota. Schools and other tax exempt organizations are not charged sales tax, but our website is not set up to identify these places, so you must call or email us with the order. Shipments to other locations outside Minnesota are currently not subject to sales tax.

International orders done through our online store do not collect VAT or other taxes, or any import duties. The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties, usually collected at delivery.

At this time, we do not have a free shipping option. Our shipping rates reflect only what we are charged by our carriers plus a small additional amount to cover packaging materials. We feel that our prices are fair and are not inflated to cover hidden charges for shipping or anything else.

Yes, since we are the manufacture or publisher for everything we sell. Some items do require specialized assemply or adjustments, such as an oboe gouging machine. These will require some extra time to prepare for shipping. However, most items are ready to ship.

Yes, the school's purchase should be sent to us as an attachment to an email at mail@jeanne-inc.com. We will confirm receipt of the order. If there are not a lot of items, you or your school can also call us at 1.763.754.6695 with the PO number.

Yes, if you order on our website, at checkout you can enter your billing address as well as a different shipping address.
