bassoon quartet to imitate five creatures: a rabbit,
a hippopotamus, a shrimp, a termite, and a grynch.
Text by Ogden Nash is spoken by the quartet players at
different times throughout the composition. This entertaining
piece has challenging parts for each of the three
bassoons and contra bassoon. Score and parts included with the set.
