Jeffrey Rathbun

Jeffrey Rathbun has been Assistant Principal oboe with the Cleveland Orchestra since 1990. As a performer, he has won many awards including the Lucarelli International Competition for Solo Oboe Players. His compositions have been performed by members of the Cleveland, San Francisco, and Atlanta Orchestras, as well as the Cleveland-based chamber ensemble, Myriad (of which he is a performing member). His varied compositions include an oboe concerto, an oboe duet, and symphonic and chamber works.
