This 3-movement work was composed in 2001-02 for clarinet and alto saxophone. Movement 1 (The Chase) evokes a chase through similar thematic material hurled back and forth between the two instruments. Movement 2 (The Chaise Lounge) suggests a lounge atmosphere with its undulating rhythms and laid-back style. Movement 3 (Tse-Tse Fly) requires both players to 'fly' through the rapid runs in the movement. Written for and recorded by Melanie and Kenneth Tse. Score and individual parts included in the set. Total duration 8.5 minutes.
